Two-Room Apartments

Park West consists of 4 luxury apartment homes, 2 on both the 2nd and 3rd floor, and two-car garages on the first floor. The entry provides an intercom access system along with the elevator and stairs. Each apartment has two bedrooms and bathrooms with internet. The bathrooms have Jacuzzi whirlpool baths.

The living room of each apartment has a gas fireplace set within a maple entertainment center. Each living room also has large floor-to-ceiling windows with vertical blinds overlooking the spectacular view of Cook Inlet. There is an outdoor deck to enjoy evening sunsets, a formal dining area, and a kitchen.

The kitchen has Kenmore appliances including a 19 cubic-foot, frost-free, side-by-side refrigerator and freezer with a door dispenser for ice and water. An electric range oven with self-cleaning can also be found in the kitchen along with a 5-cycle dishwasher, disposal, and built-in microwave.

Maple cabinetry can be found throughout, along with plush Berber carpet in the living and dining room area. The flooring in the kitchen, utility room, and bathrooms are all luxury vinyl plank flooring.
